Description
This was the third-year submission of the Foothills Behavioral Health Partners (FBHP) Reducing ED Utilization for Youth PIP. This topic addressed CMS' requirements related to quality outcomes--specifically, access to, and quality of, care and services. The purpose of this study was to reduce the rate of emergency department (ED) visits for a covered mental health diagnosis that did not result in a hospitalization within 24 hours of the ED visit.
