Description
Serpico: Originally released in 1973 (130 min.) Adaptation of a book by Peter Maas recounting the true story of a young New York police officer who refuses to extort money from criminals as other officers do. His fellow police officers turn against him when he seeks to expose the situation during a grand jury investigation -- NARC: Originally released in 2002 (105 min.) Suspended from the force following a drug bust gone wrong, undercover narcotics officer Nick Tellis reluctantly returns to active duty when a fellow officer is slain. Promised reinstatement in exchange for his efforts, Tellis is paired with the victim's volatile ex-partner and begins to seek the killer in an increasingly complex and morally ambiguous case.
